Church Street Parking LLC provided horrific and inappropriate services on numerous occasions in the following four ways during approximately one year. First, certain Church Street Parking service employees made me and others feel uncomfortable. It felt like harassment. Second, although the primary purpose of Church Street Parking was to keep our vehicle safe in the parking lot while the vehicle was within the parking lot's control, the Church Street Parking lot employees severely damaged our vehicle on more than two occasions.

During one occasion, the Church Street Parking lot employee(s) completely destroyed the rear-view mirror on the passenger side of the vehicle during the evening after I had dropped off the vehicle to be parked. The very next morning, I took out the car and no one said anything to me about the damage. It was only on the highway when I looked to the passenger-side rear view mirror while driving that I discovered that the mirror was completely destroyed. This was a highly dangerous situation to be placed in while driving.

When we informed Church Street Parking management, management's first response was to claim that they weren't responsible and that I had caused the damage somehow. (The manager (Cesar) said this with a smile on his face while laughing.) Subsequently, when confronted with the facts, they admitted responsibility and agreed to fix the vehicle. However, we subsequently learned months later during a vehicle inspection that Church Street Parking replaced the rear-view mirror with a second-rate product and painted it to cover up the fact that it was second-rate.

When confronted about replacing the mirror with a second-rate part, the manager (Cesar) once again denied it. We asked for the receipt of the work done on the vehicle on several occasions, and such receipt was never provided. Third, certain Church Street Parking service employees were rude on a consistent basis over the course of two years. For example, even after providing advanced notice for the need for the vehicle, Church Street Parking would make us wait 30 minutes or longer on many occasions for the car.

Once again, the manager of the parking lot (Cesar) looked the other way when they behaved inappropriately. Finally, on more than one occasion, the Church Street Parking employees altered items in the vehicle and/or removed an item from the vehicle and then denied that it happened. For example, on one occasion, a Church Street Parking employee twisted around and broke the front on our stick shift off; it's no longer centered.

When confronted, management denied it, but there was no question that it happened on their watch and there was no other person who could have done it other than the parking lot employees. On another occasion, a Church Street Parking employee removed the GPS CD on the vehicle and put it for some unknown reason in our CD holder. We discovered the problem when the GPS no longer worked. We were given no explanation for why an employee touched the GPS CD.
