Greetings, To all of those who have been taken in by this company, please use this number(1-888-888-8553), it takes awhile but it works. I called the number and faxed( 714-385-2100 ) them my written complaint about the $79.95 being charged to my account when I cancelled well within the 30 day trial period. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I finally talked to a representative that said I would have my money credited back to my account in 3 to 5 business days. It only took one business day because I also filed a fraudulant report with my finanical institution who pushed to have it credited back immediately!!! However, if you have the email notification of when you initally cancelled the membership, just fax that to them(CIC) and your finanical institution/credit card agency and I'm sure you'll have your monies back in no time. Still for future references, Never, Ever, Ever sign-up for something on-line that is free, because it usually !!!!!!!!!!!ISN'T !!!!!!!!!!!!
