CIC Credit Monitoring Fraudulent Unauthorized Billing Practices Ripoff Internet
The following note was emailed to Cic Credit Managers. These folks have many addresses and phones numbers, all of which appear to be bogus. Take your bank statments to your respective Attornies General ... Start legal action against Cic Credit Managers. Help stop them.

On monday, 05-08-2006, I will take 75 reports of your unauthorized, fraudulent billing practices to the Attorney General of The State of Washington Offices. My intent is to prosecute Cic Credit Manager to
the full extent of the law. You have stolen $9.95 from my account since September of 2005. Return the
$89.55 that you have stolen to my account immediately.
