Cielo Azul Retirement George Lovato, BH Capital SCAM, PREDATOR, BAD PERSON Albuquerque, New Mexico
Cielo Azul - been in lawsuits and is run by Lovato who also did the appraisal. Lovato uses dis-barred attorneys and shady accountants and associates to swear by what he says. Lovato has taken two companies public and both were turned over to creditors going from $3/share down to .0001 per share. This guy is always getting sued. Lovato does not invest much money but his "time and value" of services but he takes money out and gets paid ..... Is paying people to use their names to attract new investors.
Lovato had a car title business until the DEA took its computers and books and he closed it two months later. Cars from drug dealers were being re-titled by his firm. Now he trying to sell used cars to dealers who lost their dealerships from GM and Chrysler, hmmmmm
BH Capital gets up front fees and a percent if he finds people money. He is a nurse with a rolodex and most of the businesses go under but he gets paid upfront so he does not care. His references are his buddies. He is a big BS'er and lies and tells stories but people fall for it. Why? He is a con man and that is what con men do. Speak loud and people will think you know what you are talking about. This guy is scum and so are his partners. Stay away.

I have been doing business with Mr. Lovato for years and continue to do business with him because of how he handles his business. He is an honest man and has always been up front and honest. Even when it was something that I didn't want to hear. I have a feeling that he was honest with you too but you were to stubborn to listen and learn from what he said.
This is the third time I have read a report and all of them have said exactly the same thing. You could at least change it up a little to make it look like there was more than one person who felt wronged by him.
If you actually paid attention, you would also know that it was an employee of the Car Title business who was doing illegal transactions but I'm sure you didn't add that because it would be hurtful to your claim. I don't blame him for closing it. Unless you can personally be there to make sure your employees are honest then it is too high of a liability to try and run a business like that.
Please, if you honestly think that there is any truth to your report, show real proof. Who are his lawyers that are dis-barred? What are the names of his shady accountants? What are the names of his companies and how did he run them into the ground?
If you can't prove this information then I suggest that you stop this personal vendetta and move on with your life.
