I purchases on Groupon a specific type of cigar package offered by this company. After realizing the website had no pllace to enter the redemption code I just orderedd the cigars anyways and reported to groupon and PayPal what the store is doing. After paying the $86 for what I wanted I have yet to receive any information from the company. No product,no tracking info and nor even an email. They took my money,THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. THIS WEBSITE IS A FRAUD,SCAM,RIPOFF! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. ORDER FROM A GOOD COMPANY. MIKESCIGARS HAVE EARNED MY BUSINESS. BUY FROM THEM NOT THE THIEVES AT CIGARGROG.COM
