Cingular - ATT dropped calls everyday from 4-7 p.m. and busy signals Katy Texas
among all the residents in our zip code, for the past week we have dropped calls, busy signals or no signals at all. at the mercy of ATT/ we are forced to use text messaging to communicate. I was told from their technical department this morning that it was a congestion problem and there was nothing they could do. So ATT has left us with no service for 3 hours a day and are not willing to add another tower but they will continue to charge us for full monthly service.

I know it won't be much, but have you asked for a credit on your account? if it was working before and all the sudden it isnt, that would leave me to believe that there is a problem somewhere in the network they are trying to resolve.
