If you would have taken your time viewing the 30 day policy to begin with you wouldn't be in this pickle. This is a perfect example of customers not doing everything they should to make sure their rear-ends are covered and then when a mistake comes up, they're quick to blame the company. 20 bucks says you never read the owner's manual for those devices too!
