Cingular Wireless ripoff will steal your phones and keep your money Memphis Tennessee
When at one of Cingular's offices, my husband and I filled out and signed the paperwork and paid for 2 phones only to have the representative sexually proposition me when my husband was getting the boxes. We called and got the service cancelled and the call center rep told us to mail the phones in for a refund. We mailed them off and this was in January of 2004.
It is now mid-June and we STILL have not recieved the money for the phones. We have both contacted them time and time again (we have a contact of a rep named Richard Symons) and he says that he'll take care of it, but he never does. We got his manager's number, but can not even get ahold of him even one time to talk about the situation.
Cingular not only apparently allows their reps to get away with sexually harrassing their customers, but also will steal your phones and keep your money that you paid for them while you don't even get to make a single lousy phone call for your time and $100.
