Even though it sucks to have been treated this way, and being pissed off is understanable, it is not Cingular wireless's policy to dictate the practices of our private dealers. We merely extend the right to sell our rate plans and phones. What they do is on them, not Cingular. Sorry for the trouble. Our western region call centers are working on becoming better customer service centers. I myself am never rude to customers because i hate being screwed over by large copmanies who seemingly don't care, but I can say with certainty, that this store was not Owned by Cingualr itself.
