Cingular wireless Customer service has went Down hill big time.
Today i took my wife to a Cingular Store for customer support/tec support on her phone.
we Drove 20 miles for nothing but to find out they took out the tec support part of the store and replaced it with a STUPID SIGN THAT SAYS THIS.
if your having trouble with your hand heald unit/phone please call this number.
make sure your phone is still under warranty call this number.
to make repairs from your home call this number and mail you phone to us for tec support....
we had this happend to use befor like 4 months ago Cingular should atleast send out a Courtesy Notice telling its *CUSTOMERS* THAT THYE ARE CLOSING THE TEC SUPPORT WINDOW AND MOVING CLEAR ACROSS TOWN, BUT NO THEY DO NOT AND WHAT A HUGE INCONVENIENCE FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME THAT ARE LIMITED ON TIME OR HAS 2 KIDS TOO DEAL WITH ALSO.......
SO NOW I WASTED 45 MINUTES OF MY TIME TO TRAVEL 20 MILES OUT OF MY WAY FOR SOMETHING THAT USED TO BE THERE SOME STUPID GIRL TRYS TO HAND ME A Brochure ON THERE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS! I SAID NO THANKS WITH A ATTITUDE SHE SAYS IS SOMETHING WRONG SIR? I SAID YES I DROVE 20 MILES FOR NOTHING AND THE TEC SUPPORT IS NO LONGER HERE!!! SHE SAYS OH.....YEA WE CLOSED THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL *611 FROM YOUR PHONE AND TELL THEM WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND SEE IF THEY CAN HELP U OVER THE PHONE.... AND IF THEY HAVE NO LUCK YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND YOUR PHONE TO THEM AND IT WILL TAKE 1 TO 3 WEEKS... I SAID OHH YOUR KIDDING RIGHT SHE SAYS NO I SAID UMMM-OKAY WILL THERE BE PROPER CREDIT ON MY BILL FOR THE 1 TOO 3 WEEKS I DID NOT USE MY SERVICE? SHE SAYS NO WE CHARGE YOU NO MATTER WHAT"
I AM DONE WITH THIS WEAK SERVICE YOU CALL A FAMILY/FREINDLY/HELPFUL CELLULAR COMPANY....SEEMS LIKE THEY SCREW YOU OVER AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SAY f****YOU AND YOUR SERVICE NEEDS.
OHH AND THE *611 BE PREPARED TO BE ON THE LINE 20 PLUS MINUTES AFTER YOU GET THRU THERE AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM AND WAIT BECUASE YOUR ON HOLD JUST TO GET A RUDE/BAD ATTITUDE/IDIOT THAT THINKS HE IS BETTER THAN YOU....
