You say that you are paying for your rollover minutes so why can't you use them. i'm not understanding this? aren't they giving them to you? or are you accumulating them and still getting overage charges instead of the overages applying to your rollover? i used to work for them. they were a good company... just got laid off due to mergers and corporate nonsense. blah! BUT, 2 phones, on a $69.99 plan with NO ADDED FEATURES (text/pictures/internet) should come to about $80.00/month (thank the FCC, they have initiated MANY taxes cell phone companies are trying to fight). If you are paying more than that, take a close look @ your next bill... where are the extra charges coming from? also keep in mind that cingular bills in advance, not arrears billing like at&t used to do. you pay for your service a month in advance, and on that bill pay for any overages that occured the month before... sooo, if you know that in january, you didn't go over, but are being billed overages, look @ the dates of the overages... they're probably from december, etc. also, see if you qualify for any discounts through them... they give a company discount to almost ANY company in the us. that includes military, war vets, any health care employee, etc. take your bill to your local cingular store, not cingular "authorized dealer" but a real store... also, do yourself the favor of not stepping foot into a "former at&t" store... they STILL don't have full capability on their computer systems to help you as much as you need. what a shame. i hope this helps at least a little!!!! oh, also, you don't actually "lose" any of your rollover mins. you can accumulate them for 12 months. after 12 months, only the set of rollover minutes from the FIRST month accrued drops... if you gained 100 rollover minutes in your 1st month of service, one year later, you will only lose those, but you keep rolling over from the new month, etc.
