Cingular Charge me for Ringtones that I don't have. Did not download them Ocala. Florida Internet
Cingular keeps chargeing me Ringtones they said we downloaed. If we did I sure would like to know where they are at on are phones. Have tryed to talk to them about it, but they where not nice at all. I would like to get these chares Reversed and make sure they do not put back on my bill agina... THANK YOU KIN

You can go to cingular.com to have them reversed. Just register, if you are not already and go to medianet on the website. You then go to ringtones and you can get them credited yourself without calling anyone. If you are receiving charges from jamster, mblox, mqube or someone else, it is happening not due to cingulars fault. People have to understand that if you use one of these third party services they do tell you (in small print) when you get your free ringtone, but you will be billed and you will continue to be billed even when you don't use it. These services will bill your number, it even happens when people get a new number and because the person who had it last did not stop the service it continues to bill. This is not cingular, cingular has it's own ringtones, but like everything else people are always looking for a cheaper deal not realizing they would not be dealing with cingular. you must call either cingular to get it stopped or you can dial a 5 digit number and text stop, quit, cancel. Best just to call customer care and have them give you the address or number, they can also get it stopped and waive the fee. But if you are saying that the ringtones just popped on their, they will reverse the charges, if you remove the feature that caused them. Those are your choices, good luck. Remember, catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
