Circit City ripoff esp car audio San Berardino California
i bought a car radio sony model#cdxm9900 and my esp plan on05/07/04 total came out to be $990.09 on/05/17/04 took radio back to store to have it pulled out and exchanged for one that dosent overheat and skip.
the tech there said it would be a five hour wait before they could even look at it so i said i will bring it back when i next get a chance on 07/08/04 took radio to store they had it pulled in about five min... circit city took radio and said 7- to- 10 days to get it back. well as of 08/14/04 have not recieved radio store doesent know where radio is they said sony and they lost it for 17-days. has it i have three diffrent work order#'s two diffrent evint#'s nobody seems to know where radio is or if it's even been fixed yet FIVE WEEK'S AND NO INFO!!!!!!!!!
store says because thay dont have the unit there hands are tied CRAZY!!!!!!!! NEVER WILL I BUY FROM CIRCIT CITY OR A SONY AGAIN NEVER/NEVER/NEVER......
