Circle K/Shell Did not dispense gas after I paid with credit card Bridgeview Illinois
I paid for gas inside the station. The clerk gave me my receipt. When I tried to pump gas the pump was not set to do so. I returned to the clerk within 3 minutes to report the problem. I was told that there was nothing she could do. I stated that that was not an acceptable answer, so she phoned her manager who said the same thing.
I called the police to report a theft. When the officer arrived the clerk printed the most recent transactions from the pump, none showing a $25 purchase. I was still told that there was nothing they can do and that "The money should be put back on the card in a day or so".
