Circuit City False Garuantee, Bellevue, WA
I recently purchased a Netgear ethernet starter set from Circuit City. I payed the full 80 dollars for it, and left. When I got home and installed the system, one of the cards was defective. I decided to return to get my money back. They flatly refused to give me my money back, insisting that it was fine when it left. HOW WOULD THEY KNOW?!?! Furthermore, after they wouldnt return the product, they told me it would be a 10% restock fee to get the product replaced. IT WAS DEFECTIVE, I COULDN'T HELP THAT, WHY AM I PAYING MORE?
We called Circuit City management to report the incident and get it corrected, and they simply told me i was lying, and that i needed to pay. This is outrageous.
DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT COULD POSSIBLY BE DEFECTIVE FROM THIS STORE.
