Is this 1994? Anyway I'm pretty sure I've heard some pretty racist things in my time at CC. I dont know why you think you know my life better. I've helped with rebates and CA so I dont know what you're going on about. I can imagine its warm where you are, go out and get some air... or a life. =D

Oh puh-leeeze, Nobody made a "racist" comment. It was a comment about nationality and language. Nothing more. Now if 80%+ of my customer base speaks english, do you think I am going to hire only customer service reps that speak spanish? Or dont speak english CLEARLY enough to get the job done?? Get real there bud. Nobody made any comments about race. What was made, were comments about being UNABLE to understand what they were saying. So get off your high horse and dont you dare try and make another pathetic deflection of your retail responsiblities under the ruse of "racism". Face the facts. Outsourcing sucks, and many times the people in the country that the jobs have been outsourced too, are not capable of having a clear conversation about the complex things that happen in customer service. Its not a factor of thier race. Its a factor of their language. I have no problem with people of other colors, creeds, religions, etc. What I do have a problem with is trying to have a clear conversation, over a complex problem, with someone that cant speak english clearly enough. Race does not equal language. And this was about problems due to LANGUAGE difficulties. Spare us the "race card" there. Its not going to save you and doesnt even apply. And once again....dont you dare say your trying to help. You have NEVER helped. All you do is bash, insult, and dodge. I think your last post fits all three of those criteria. The "dodge" part clearly stands out this time.

I'm sorry if I think that if you are going to mock someone for not being able to speak their native language properly you should at least be able to type a coherent sentence. Maybe I am sick of all of the stupid racist comments you customers make about companies and thier support. The worst is they do it in front of an Indian co-worker. Get some class people!

"Since when do I have to be helpful in every post?" Your not helpful in ANY post there bud. You always find something to put down the consumer. Only Jason has ever been able to give some "helpful" advice, just barely. Even when a thread screams "legit" you find some angle to badmouth. I just ran across your bit of "helpful" advice on another thread where a customer complained about a gift card not being activated. You found your little angle of attack and went for it. Groaning and moaning about her inablity to understand your outsourced to India customer service reps.

Since when do I have to be helpful in every post? I did tell him in my own way to use the search function to get his results. And this isnt new. Many people's work computers will block sites like the one we use. Websites go down, its a fact of life. The site isnt even run by CC, we just use it to ask questions. I actually get pretty good reviews on it too. Dosent that seem strange? =D

Still just cant lay of the villifying of your own customers can you? As you have stated so "helpfully" in your post, this has been posted so many times already. One just has to wonder when, all of a sudden there are a large number of posts about a particular subject. Can they ALL be wrong? Let me guess its a giant conspiracy again against Circuit City? I think CC needs to check its domain service if suddenly there is a large influx of complaints about the EXACT SAME THING. Now if this site is another comapany that CC is working with, ok. Thats fine. But it IS Circuit City that is pointing people to this site and thus, Circuit City must take the initiative to find out whats going wrong. Take a breather, lay off the consumers a bit. I think the proof is in the large number of posts. If a large amount of complaints suddenly appeared out of the blue about my companies website being unreachable (and it has before), I wouldnt jump on the "screw you! now shut up!" bandwagon so quickly. I would look into it. On another note.....how did your post "help" this consumer? Be he/she right or wrong. The only thing you have "helped" once again is showing how inconsiderate and mean CC employees are. And how much contempt you have for your own customers.

Meh, hardly a ripoff

Do you people even search or do you just complain? This has been posted countless times here. Plus the survey site works fine for me so it is YOUR computers fault. This is also hardly a ripoff as you dont even need to pay to enter the contest. Geez, spilt milk...
