Circuit City double charged my checking account Peoria Illinois
Circuit City double charged my daughters checking account. Instead of deducting $700, they deducted $1400. This caused three other checks to bounce. The bank charged her $90 in overdraft charges.
We contacted Circuit City, but they will not return the $700 until we fax supporting paperwork from the bank. They said once the paperwork is received, we will not receiver our $700 back for over two weeks!
Not only our we out $790 because of Circuit City's mistakes, but my daughter had to borrow money, spend hours on the phone with Circuit City, pay fax charges, and Circuit City has damaged her credit rating.
We are telling all our friends and neighbors to stop shopping at Circuit City!
