wait... did the sales associate force you to buy the "crappy" floor model television? did he twist your arm and hold you at gunpoint and make you do it? no. i didnt think so. stop blaming circuit city becuase you made a bad decision. and here's some knowledge for the future : circuit city employees are not the people that make the product. so when i breaks or is defective, we are not the ones that you should be yelling at. and also, when customers get irate, associates get irritated and are less likely to be nice and pull favors for you. hence, maybe if you had explained right off that if was a floor model that hadnt come with a box, and if you had been pleasant instead of 'irate' it might not have taken so long for them to exchange the product for you. a manager is very rarely pulled into a return unless a customer is being unruly.
