I set up auto draft in August 2013. Then Got notification the following month that my service was being disconnected. Called Cirro customer service to resolve this issue. Made the payment that The agent was saying was due (that should have been auto drafted). The amount I was told to pay by the agent was wrong. I wasn't notified until the following month when I received another disconnection notice, even after I was told that the auto draft would start for that month. Everything did get in order however I paid a $350 deposit before my service was started and was told that after 12 months of OnTime payments I could then receive my deposit back or have it applied to a monthly bill. This issue not of my doing, it Cirro's mistake. Now when I call to have the money applied to my October statement, customer service says, "we have to transfer you to the other billing department". Only problem is, once they transfer me, the agents in the other billing department say they have no record of my service or any of my information. I just want my $350 applied to my October bill.
