Cisworldwide The vendor is a fraud, and a thief, . I made a purchase of $43.40, I only used $4.00 the report showed me nothing!!! The site will not allow me access to use the rest of my funds. I thought I was putting in the wrong username/password after checking my bill my information was correct. I emailed customer service, waited 48hrs as noted, and for each email I've gotten no reply. The vendor is a fraud, and a thief, . I made a purchase of $43.40, I only used $4.00 the report showed me nothing...just a name no details as I thought I was paying for!!! The following day I tried to logon, but the site will not allow me access to use the rest of my funds. I thought I was putting in the wrong username/password after checking, my information was correct. I emailed customer service, waited 48hrs as noted, and for each email I've gotten no reply. then I click on the "retrieve password icon" the password that was sent to my email address by the vendor was identical to the pass word on my information. I want my funds returned to my account.
