To update everyone on my dealings with citibags.com (aka Nathan Traders), as you know I sent the money for my LV bag to citibags via Paypal.......thank goodness. I raised a claim with Paypal for "non receipt of merchandise". Their buyer protection program went into effect and they have recovered all my funds ($156.00USD). Paypal took 3/4s of the amount owed to me direct from citibags' Paypal account ($129.40USD). The balance was recovered when citibags was contacted my Paypal and they subsequently issued me a refund ($26.90USD). Paypal came through for me; pleasantly surprised. This is the only way I will pay sellers in the future. Regards.......

Hi, Paypal sent Nathan Traders an e-mail on June 20th requesting detail re my transaction with them. It is now June 29th and they have not heard a word from their Paypal user (Paypal ID: EXCLUSIVEBAG). I have requested both the VISA company and Paypal to investigate this seller a) because Paypal is still verifying them as a member in good standing, and b) Citibags apparently takes VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS; all of which should be notified of their behaviour toward card users. I'll keep you posted!
