If Citibank denied your claim, you should receive or have received a letter stating their reason for denying the claim. You are entitled to obtain copies of the documentation that they used to investigate (assuming that they at least investigated to determine if the charge was valid or not). You can also contact the regulating agency for Citibank, The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, to file a complaint. They will investigate to determine if the bank followed proper procedure to investigate your fraud claim. Good luck.

Hello RL, I read your comment. I am sorry you are having trouble getting your account resolved with Citibank. To give you advice on how to fix your problem, I need more information. Is the merchant a company you have dealt with in the past and they billed you when they shouldn't have? If you can give me additional information, I can try to steer you in the correct direction to get it resolved.
