I had a AT&T Universal Citibank Credit Card Account. They jerked me around and the staff is very nasty. Jaye Lewis, Bobby Rice, Tara, Lorraine Page, Peggy Olson, David Olson, Sherry Stoker, and Kristin Wells told me lies and I am surprised these peopel still have their jobs. They did not take me seriously instead they ruined my life and told me I was rude to them instead they were rude to me.

Citibank has an arrogant legal dept and claim they never could accept phone calls. Also when you call Bobby Rice, Tara, and Jaye Lewis in the assets sales dept, and asked for their manager they said their manager is always in meetings. I even asked for their badge # or an address to write to and all three of them told me to mind my own F**ken business.

I am a victim of Identity theft and they refused to give me the charges back instead they said I authorized these charges of $2000.00. Lorraine Page is a liar and so is Sheri Stoker and Kristin Wells. I hope these snobs get what they deserve and I hope they lose their jobs. They said that I authorized these charges over the phone and I never had a cell phone, and 2 car insurances.

I had to wind up paying over $6000.00 to these Citibank AT&T people. They never took my claim seriously and Lorraine Page said that the fraud dept in Citibank said my claim is fake and invalid. Lorraine page is a lying witch and she should get an attitude adjustment. Citibank is a joke with their credit card division and never take their Identity theft people serioulsly instead they hurt you and ruin your life and they also got a colletion agency after me and said I deserved it. They also have a bad reports on the BBB.org website.

You need to file a complaint with the Jackson County, MO District Attorney's office and with the Missouri Attorney General's office. You are a victim of ID theft. What if it is terrorists that have control of your ID? Citibank is unwilling to help you? You might also wish to contact the US Attorney General's office with this one. Get a recorder for your telephone. Send them a letter, certified mail, return receipt requested advising them you are a victim of identity theft. If you call them or speak to them on the phone EVER make sure you have your phone recorder going. If it is legal to tape without their consent, go for it. If not, tell them you are recording the conversation. Good luck.
