I work at Citicards and I would like to say that employees like you and your colleagues are the ones who give Citicards a bad reputation. You seriously charged people's credit cards without their permission? It's a good thing you don't work there anymore or you would definitely be fired now.
Anyway, when you accept a job at Citicards you are offered a specific shift. Once you accept that, you are NOT entitled to a new position or shift. Obviously you weren't performing up to standard and that's probably why you didn't get another position. You made the choice to have a baby knowing what your schedule was and it is not anyone else's job to make special allowances for you. If other people were able to get new positions or schedule changes it's because they were doing their job, performing up to par, and doing what they were supposed to do. I also have a baby and have worked in several different shifts/positions throughout the 3 years I've been employed there because I am hardworking and make positive contributions to the company.
Regarding your unemployment: you are not entitled to unemployment when you QUIT a job so stop whining.
And statements ARE sent out each month.
