I've been a long term customer of CITI (over 10yrs) and this is what I get for paying my bills on time and using CITI as my primary card
- Yes.
But guess what. This is how every credit card would work. Your terms can be changed at any time. If they wanted to start charging you an annual fee all they would have had to do is send you a notice. They don't need to go through all of the "Suspicious Activity".
Now, if you didn't agree to change your card, it is very likely that insted of getting a new card with new terms, you would have just gotten a letter that says they are closing your account.
