Folks:

Alicia Olmstead aka Mrs. Alan McCown is the Assistant Integrity Officer for the City of Austin (TX). She claims she wants employees to be ethical, but does she really? Based on information we have received from several former employees, this is not true at all. She ought to call herself Osama bin Olmstead based on the actions we will describe.

Alicia Olmstead is the Integrity Officer for the City of Austin, so you would think she would do something when employees act unethical. Wrong! Alicia Olmstead is NOT capable of integrity unless it's in a college paper because she allegedly wants to kiss some serious butt to keep her job. She does some of the most rottenest things imaginable. She has no problem arresting former city employees who request their pay stubs for life saving medications or any other innocent offense. Heck, she never even questioned the evidence that was used such as whether the emails were doctored by their employees because she directly reports to the City Manager Marc Ott aka the Black Hitler of the Fourth Reich of Austin, TX. That means she only investigates with the City Manager tells her to investigate or who he tells her to arrest, with or without merit.

Alicia Olmstead is the one of the rottenest ethics people anyone has ever encountered. Her actions are
beyond redemption and beyond reason. She is driven by one will alone  the will to psychologically conquer the employees she allows to be fired for no legitimate reason. She should do herself and the Austin taxpayers a favor by getting rid of her own job but do not expect her to do that because she can't like without that income from the unethical job.

Alicia Olmstead has no problem with the City of Austin hiring sex offenders and breaking Megan's Law. Alicia Olmstead has no problem stealing artwork from a three-year-old child.  Alicia Olmstead has no problem allowing the City of Austin to interfere with unemployment claims of wrongfully fired employees and starving their family members. She has no problem making sure they never work again. Typical, so typical, savage life forms like Alicia Olmstead can't even follow her own rules!

If anyone out there has Alan McCown for a class at Austin Community College, they need to remember that he is married to Alicia Olmstead. If you're a student who is caught cheating, make sure you use Alicia Olmstead as your Get Out Of Jail Free card. If he says to shut up, present your case to the appropriate academic dean and request that Alan be fired. Even better yet, we will post a list of fellow alumni donors to Austin Community College so you can choose to boycott them.

We have knowledge through publicly available documents that she was mailed evidence where Austin Public Works Director Howard Lazarus and Austin Public Works employees Christopher Newton & Steven Penshorn were caught blacklisting one of their most competent and ethical employees. Christopher Newton is very famous for being the city of Austin employee that wrote a memo telling his fellow engineers he supervises not to review structural engineering aspects of plans all the contractors love this memo because it puts the city on the hook. We got a copy of this memo and the blacklisting conversation transcript at many places in Austin and the surrounding areas such as HEB, Target, Texas Roadhouse, the Domain shopping center, the Barton Creek Square Mall, San Antonio Riverwalk, and historic downtown Bastrop.

Even worse yet, she did nothing when fellow St. Edwards alumnus Dianna Martinez-Robles falsified that
employee's job records to avoid paying for that employee's unemployment claim. Guess what Alicia Olmstead McCown did about it?  Absolutely nothing! It was fun showing people the court reporter document showing Howard Lazarus telling lies about this person's bad performance and then having a recognition award signed by Howard Lazarus, the former President of the crooked contracting company American Eagle Communities, himself. What did Alicia Olmstead do about this? Absolutely nothing! That's because if all unethical actions were reduced or eliminated, Alicia Olmstead McCown would no longer have a job. Guess religion is a crutch for her weak and sick mind.

Even worse yet, Alicia Olmstead sentenced this employee to die. Thanks to her actions and inactions,
this employee will die because that person cannot afford medical insurance. Thanks to her, this employee has not had a job in over a year all because of her. Thanks to Alicia Olmstead, employees will lose all their savings and be forced to go on welfare. Thanks to Alicia Olmstead, fired employees will be forced to live below the poverty line. Many of them are right now. The City of Austin didn't invent retaliation and long-term discrimination against the unemployed, Alicia and her fellow co-workers perpetrate it without impugnity. Of course, we expect Alicia and/or the City of Austin employees to tell lies or allow fellow city employees to tell lies about this employee in order to protect their artificial superiority. Let's not forget she allows the city of Austin to hire sex offenders and break Megan's law, fire white sex offenders while employing the black ones, and even charging expensive dinners and alcohol on the city's dime. KVUE-TV is a great source of information on unethical behavior of city of Austin employees.

When Alicia Olmstead was presented with evidence of ARRA stimulus fraud committed by the city of Austin, she did absolutely nothing about it even though it was printed in the Austin American-Statesman. In fact, Alicia's so bad at stopping unethical actions she screwed over her husband's employer Austin Community College. That's because the same architect the designed the Turner Roberts Recreation Center also designed one of the new ACC campuses that has major soil issues that was featured in the Austin American-Statesman.

Alicia Olmstead has demonstrated she is an imperfect and brutally savage life-form that hates Austin, TX, integrity, and good old-fashioned American values. Alicia needs to move along home now! She is no ordinary Austinite, she's an al-Qaedan Austinite. Alicia Olmstead needs to be fired now because her ethics training apparently doesn't work. She's so good at ignoring the truth that voters had to stop her and her gang from unlawfully firing people at the City of Austin this past month.   That's because she was using the lack of just cause to do whatever her bosses told her in firing City of Austin employees.

We have decided to rewrite Alicia Olmstead's essay so that it truly reflect the reality that is the city of Austin. Standup comedians love reading it so much they have included it in their nationwide tours. Have a good laugh, folks.  Here it is below:

Upon recently completing the PMP Certification training I was most impressed with the section on Professional Responsibility which I will forget after this class is done. The instructor took special care to emphasize the importance of this section and introduced the new Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. As we made our way through the document I found myself excited and proud at the prospect of becoming part of an association that values integrity, development, and excellence except when I have to apply them, then I won't do anything because I don't want to do any actual work.

What I have concluded from the certification training and the instruction on professional responsibility in particular, is that the PMP program is one of evil leadership development. While City of Austin project managers who do not go through PMP training can be effective in successfully seeing a project through to completion, those who have received the training are taught how to view the project through various frames while keeping the big picture vision. When it conflicts with the Texas Engineers Practices Act, I do absolutely nothing about it. These frames are the nine knowledge areas, the five process groups, and Professional Responsibility.

Everyone has had a manager who was not a good leader and I want everyone at the city of Austin to experience it for themselves so I can have papers to write later in life. Likewise, everyone knows good leaders who are not managers that I will get fired because I would have nothing to do if they were promoted. A project manager, by definition, manages a project but how well does he lead it? By following the processes in the knowledge areas a project manager executes; by embracing professional responsibility a project manager becomes a leader unless you're related to one of the many HR idiots at the City of Austin, then you get a free pass to use taxpayer dollars to destroy ethical employees like I love doing. However, at my work place, they blame-storm and get the people who raise the ethical and life-safety issues fired, even if it violates City of Austin, state of Texas and federal laws. I will not do anything about these issues because I am too stupid to do so. It would contribute to the eventual heat-death of the universe if I did.

Through my studies of leadership I have come to believe that the basis of suck-cessful leadership is ethics except when the news media sees them so they can take their eyes off the other unethical actions my city performs on ex-employees for no good reason. That's why I tell City of Austin employees never to talk to KEYE-TV. The creation of the new Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, and its key role in Professional Responsibility, shows that PMI agrees. In a perfect world, conflicts and problems would be black and white. But as we have learned from scandals in the business world over the past few years, gray areas of personal judgment exist in every project except when someone points them out, then I choose to ignore them.

Ethics are at the heart of personal judgment and gray areas provide opportunities for a project manager to learn and grow. I get paid to answer ethical issues, but when it comes to doing something, I roll over and play dumb. Making the right decision in a gray situation is not always easy. Through the mandatory and aspirational standards within the code, PMI has provided a compass to see through the shadows. In addition, project managers have clear guidelines as to ethical expectations placed on those bearing the title of PMP. The other aspects of PMIs Professional Responsibility are equally noteworthy. The emphasis on communication, both within the PMP community and with stakeholders demonstrates a commitment to building relationships with others, instilling confidence, and being forthright except when that makes us look bad, then I work to destroy the employee who raises the issues.  Self-improvement is key to successful leadership because a team is only as strong and effective as its leader even when the team is a bunch of parasitic beings. Through continued professional development, project managers can increase their skills, find new talents, and learn how to recognize and develop it in others.

Project management touches many fields of business.  Regardless of whether the project is in construction or consulting, the standards outlined in Professional Responsibility provide the guidance and values necessary to establish a level of excellence within the PMP community. I admit it, I do not follow them if I did, I would look bad in front of everyone else because I really don't know them. As these principles are put to practice, PMPs around the world will have earned the reputation of ethical leaders who respect others, value open communication, and strive for continued personal development. When it involves my employer, I roll over and play dumb. As I work toward taking my exam, I do so knowing that the road ahead will take me to a higher level of both personal and professional development that I plan on forgetting later.
