Cerritos is a city of around 50,000 residents in Los Angeles county. It constructed and operates the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts, which offers theatrical and musical performances. It cost over $60 million to build the CCPA, and it was losing an average of $7.6 million per year between 2003 and 2011. The total of these costs over the 20 years of operation averaged $200 for every man, woman and child in Cerritos. That spending per resident is over five times as much as New York City spends. New York one of the cultural capitals of the world. Cerritos is a little suburb in Southern California.

Thank you for the feedback, Bubba.
I'm not interested in being on the city council. However I'm working with people who are.
The first thing you need to do to solve a problem is recognize that there is a problem. The current members of the council and the leading candidates in the recent election are unwilling to do so. That's why I had to make multiple public records requests to get a lot of the information I put up the Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/CerritosLosesMoney. And why I'm also anouncing the problem on Ripoff Report.
