The Oceanside Harbor pay lot parking area is a ticket writers heaven. The rules dont stop and the city and its minions rape us for our money. On a 4 night stay i paid $84 per night on top off $224 in tickets. Take your family to the hilton instead. They gave almost 70% of everyone there a ticket of some kind. and these are not just your average parking in a no parking zone or expired meter tickets these are tickets such as using pop outs parking over the white line etc etc I received one of my tickets for parking over the white line when I had purchased all three spots and was only parking over my own white line into my own personal vehicles to allow other people room to open their doors because their parking places are so tight yet they call this a camping lot there is no room for hardly anything you cannot have a BBQ you can't have alcohol you can't bring your dog basically you can't have any fun so after spending all this money and getting countless tickets and ruining my entire trip with my family will never be coming back here again when calling or trying to talk to any of the parking enforcement officers they just make you more pissed off it is the typical government b/s that they all speak.

Just to add a little more info...
NOBODY i spoke to while there is happy with this bs!!! So why do we have it???
Also i looked up Bryan D Fowler at transparentcalifornia.com and he pulls in $122,000 per year with an average of $2000 increase every year. No to mention how much he will be costing us when he retires. PEOPLE...WAKE UP!!! Get rid of these people!!! Is that fair in todays economy that we have Glorified ticket writers costing us over $10,000 / month??? They rape us with all these laws to pay for their over inflated government salaries.
