Just curious. Was Charlotte receiving in the mail "Notices of delinquent parking violation" (required by Calif. state law) after she let the tickets slide past 21 days? If so, she should have also been receiving notices for the bogus or fraudulent tickets also if those too were part of their records. If she didn't receive these threatening "reminder" notices in the mail, something is fouled up in San Diego.
What's the name of the private company (the "processing agency" for parking citations) that has contracted with the City of San Diego?
I know that before Lockheed Martin IMS sold that division of its company to ACS in Aug. 2001, Lockheed had San Diego's photo radar contract.
Are parking tickets in San Diego now handled by ACS (Affiliated Computer Services)?
