This story is on the internet so look it up. DOG KILLERS. The Westlake Police shot a family pet in the head while he was confined in his own yard. The dog's name was Callaway, an 8 year old yellow lab with no history of aggression against people or other animals. There have been protests outside city hall because they also allow an employee, the animal warden, to operate an illegal gas chamber on his private property. They have euthanized people's outdoor pet cats without holding them for pick up. They are ignorant and should not be in control of animals or anything else.
