City World Toyota Dayden Carr Robert the Manger Let a mother of three loose a car lease to a bait and switch Bronx New York
I was referred to Mr. Dayden Carr by a close friend who Family is in the car business for years. He spent an hour telling my wife how bad her credit was then scared us into thinking they were the only car dealership that could get her a car. She give him a 500 deposit when he wanted 1500 to locate a car she had a few requests a DVD player and a trailer hitch he said it would take 2 days to put her in the car he located in NJ a week later no car no calls back I asked for a pic of the window sticker to check options he sends a pic of a vin # what good that does I have no idea after many calls and no calls back she had a deal to take over a lease on the following Thursday he finally called and said pic up your car Friday we let the lease go Friday no car sat no car Monday no call back all day so we went to Lexus and had a car with in 2 hours Bad Credit I think not. Car was 15k more and payment was 200 less a month no down payment. I explained the situation to Dayden and he said the car is here a week later now there is no refund I called Rob the manger and he said Sorry you signed the contract no I sign accredit app it got heated and he so to bad no refunds and hung up I the proceeded to use the power of social media with in an hour they called still no refund I asked for a check to be mailed I don't trust them with my card the asked me to say please it's a powerful word you can read his texts on there Facebook page I even said I would pay the postage they could take it out of my deposit hope this helps someone in the future I am sure there are many reliable car dealerships but not this one nor DAyden Carr at city world Toyota Thanks
