Citywide Electric Shoddy work. Didn't show up to repair. Burbank California
This company sent an "electrician" to repair a faulty circuit. He reset a GFI and left. Half an hour after he left, the problem returned.
I called the company, and they made an appointment to send someone else, but noone showed up or called. I called back and they made another appointment. Same result: noone called or showed up.
I called to complain and asked for my money back. They said they would call back but never did.
I finally called another electrician, who came and repaired the problem by replacing the faulty GFI plug.
I learned later that this company regularly scams people by doing unnecessary or faulty work. According to other electricians, when they were forced to close by the state, they simply reopened under another name.
