ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE PURCHASING A CAR FROM CLARK KNAPP HONDA. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! PURCHASED A 2013 HONDA PILOT EX-L FROM ANDREW THE USED CAR MANAGER AND RUBEN. I WAS TOLD THE CAR WAS FULLY SERVICED AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THEY SENT ME A FEW PICTURES OF THE CAR AND I TOOK THEIR WORD AND WIRED THEM MONEY AND THE CAR ARRIVED A WEEK LATER. THE CAR ARRIVED WITH 27 SCRATCHES ON THE CAR YES 27 SCRATCHES, ROCK CHIPS All OVER THE PAINT, A REPAINTED HOOD FROM A CHEAP BODY SHOP WITH OVER SPRAY EVERYWHERE, ONE KEY (EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERTISED IT WITH TWO), NO FLOOR MATS (EVEN THOUGH THEY PROMISED THEM, AND WORST OF ALL THE CAR NEEDS A NEW CATALYTIC CONVERTER WHICH IS OVER $1,000 TO FIX. THE CAR ARRIVED WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND RUBEN THE USED CAR MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME, SCREAMED AT ME AND TOLD ME HE ISN'T DOING ANYTHING FOR ME AND THAT HOW DARE I QUESTION THEIR REPUTATION. AFTER SCREAMING AT ME HE CALLED ME BACK AND ASKED ME TO PROVIDE HIM DOCUMENTATION WHICH I SUPPLIED OVER 30 PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE. HE THEN CALLED ME AND SAID HE WASN'T WILLING TO DO ANYTHING AND THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD "AS IS" AND THAT THE SCRATCHES WEREN'T THERE AND THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WASN'T ON AND THAT THEY SERVICED THE CAR. THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE REALLY LOW END AND ZERO CLASS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE. RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY!!!!

You don't live on the moon...there are plenty of car dealers around you! Yet, here's what YOU do...YOU throw COMMON SENSE out the window to buy some dumb used car, sight unseen and not even test driven by you. That's what is the joke!
