I am one of the people that live on cedar ridge ranch I have four kids and 3 dogs your dogs or your neighbors dogs are barking all note our generator is going but not that loud thanks for calling children service none of your lies were found true by the way and yes we own guns just like you we don't do drugs and never have . I moved out here to get away from society I have no warrents, I am not an abuser I brought my kids out here to have a better life and if you have a problem with it just stay away this is private property and you don't own land in cedar ridge so shut up and leave is all alone if you don't the the child abusers attack them not us oh yes by the way I live in a A frame so if you or your buddies show up on this land unless you tend to buy then the police will be called for trespassing and I am working with a lawyer on a case ahainsy you for slander and dedermation of character so please leave me andy family out of your drama we never did any thing to you

I have been living on Cedar Ridge Ranch for a while now, and I must say it's a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly, and the land is beautiful.
The only problem is the crazy person that comes onto the land from time to time, wielding AR-15's, trashing several of the tracts and rearranging things on the property, destroying/building/filling/digging on other people's property, including filling in my neighbor's out-house hole, ripping up their "no tresspassing" signs, stealing their animals, and vandalizing the property in general. Whoever this psychopath is, needs to stop harrassing me, my neighbors, and everyone else.
Aside from that, I highly recommend Cedar Ridge Ranch as a decent place to live.

They are working hard to fix the issues. I was pretty upset that things are not like it was when I first moved here 5 Years ago. And I was wrong it wasnt scott it was shawn. I spoke with Laura, very nice lady, and we are all working these issues and trying to make a happy community.

I'm one of many neighbors that have issues with the trash that has purchased property. One scum bag dope head that was sold some property stole a car out of my drive way. Over 4 warrants for being child molesters to child abusers. And Classic Country LLC. Even gave one wanted Child Predator heads up that the cops were coming so he took off to Springfield. These people put up tents, shacks, and are living in the worst conditions ever. Trash all over the properties, in the Convinces it gives list of things you cant do, but yet they do because no one is enforcing anything there. One person has close to 30 dogs that bark 24/7. along with a generator that is loud as hell and runs 24/7 I'm live over 300 meters away and it sounds like its in my house. Meth heads and drug dealers Love this property, because no one checks them out. I have called along with all the neighbors and seem to get no where with our complaints with Scott and Laura.
Scott came here and we went with him to over look the property, and He was scared to approach these people that bought property off him. What Scott did was come here and blow smoke up our asses, and try to make us happy by coming here. This is a nuisance property, and we are tired of "Shanty Ville". We will soon see Scott in court and I question if he even has a realtors license?
Scott knows were I live, and has my phone number if he has any issues with this Complaint. If this is the way they do business then Texas is a better place than Missouri for them to do business.

Several years ago I purchased a few large parcels of land from Scott Wigginton and find this report to be FALSE! I find Scott to be a trustworthy and very knowledable real estate professional.
Both Scott Wigginton and Lori Murphy(Office Manager) are truly great people and they go out of there way to assist clients. Scott buys large amount of land and sometimes breaks down into smaller parcels to allow lower income people to purchase. He also provides financing for some who in many cases can't even qualify for a basic bank loan. For this reason he dosen't record deeds until buyer has paid atleast 20% of value into property. Why?..... So he dosen't spend money and wasted time in court to foreclose on dead beats. I know this because Scott has an online foreclosure lists of good deals from a few that don't pay. Scott offers these properties at a reduced price based on what others paid into the parcels. Great guy!
BUYERS gets a Warranty DEED when they have paid 20% or more into property or at closing if they pay for property in FULL! IF this buyer PAID for a new survey and PAID for title insurance at closing none of this would of happened. Sounds like this buyer bought a property for very little down, paid mininum closing costs with NO survey and No title insurance.......Probably even had Scott finance and is now complaining. I think I now see this property on Scott's Foreclosure list, NOT surprised!
