I just want to say they are stone cold liers they advertisement is a lie clay is alie his staff are liers and crooks.We have spoken to his staff but never him about the situation since the beginning. No one seem to care staff has been rude,i ask for my money back on the the third day of purchasing the car and still have the letter i wrote to them about this and at first the manager said yes and then called back and told me it was to late to get my downpayment back so then i felt like we were forced to purchase a car we were'nt comfortible purchasing,that it would not last or be working properly after a certain amount of time and guess what we were right car is not running,But we were promised a new car if we pay on time for a year with no late payments we kept our end of the deal they reniged on there's.They refuse to speak with us when we went out there and plus tried to put us in an older model than we already have.So we ask them to come and pick the car up or give us what they promised we have not heard from them and the car is not drivable and we are wiwth out a car i have had to take my daughters out of school and home school them for the remainder of the year till we can save to get a down payment on another car no way to work having to use my mother's car when we can.We refuse to pay a car note on a none workine car.CLAY COOLEY AND STAFF ARE NOT TRUE TO THERE WORD!
