When I opened the laundry bag, spiders erupted from the top. I killed one or two, but the rest are now quietly multiplying in my apartment. Disgusting. They offered to clean my clothes again--they miss the point. They created an infestation. Cleanly? Yeah, thats a lie.
They also offered to refund me $18 dollars. Tell me, would any of you spend $18 dollars to release a number of spiders in your small studio apartment? If so, maybe this is the cleaning service for you.
