Yes Clear Breeze Debt Solutions is a SCAM. This same exact thing just happened to my mother. She is on the phone right now speaking with her bank trying to get these charges removed. Clear Breeze Debt Solutions has tried to take $990 off of her card twice. Her account is on hold now because of these charges. Please beware of this company. I have been seeing people speaking highly of this company on other forums. Company employees post positive info on forums all of the time about their company just to try to make people feel more confident about using them. Always remember that if a Debt Solutions company can lower your interest rate then you can do the same. Sometimes you may have to make on time payments for atleast 6 months before they will, but trust me it can be done. My mother was on the Do Not Call List and was still called by this company. They don't care about you, all they want to do is make their money. Please don't deal with this company. Trust me you will wish you had not. If this does happen to you and you do authorize the $990 charge and you're just finding out this is a scam call your bank immediately and tell them to take the charge off. Don't tell them you authorized it though. Tell them it was an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. Your bank will send you some papers to dispute the charge. Just stick with it and you'll get your money back. I hope this helps someone. The same thing happened to me about 6 years ago. United Debts Solutions took me for a lot of money. I learned my lesson though. Please take these post seriously and stay away from these companies. I wish I had a good debt relief company to recommend, but it just doesn't seem like there's any out there. As I said try to pay your bills on time and your credit card companies most likely will work with you.
