Clear Breeze Solutions - Ross Corless was verifying the amount of debt and asked me to hold and then I was hung up on. Atlanta Georgia
I received an automated call I held and a woman answered the phone and told me I could have my interest rates lowered. She asked me my info, after giving her my info I thought I should asked what company she was with and she told me account access. After verifying she patched me throught o a Ross Corless who only gave me his name and company which was different than the first lady I spoke with.
While I was on the phone with him I was on the internet checking the company name because after giving all of my info I got a bad feeling. He was asking me my amounts on my credit cards. I was distracted because I was reading and had to have him keep repeating his questions he then told me to hold on and then I was hung up on. I called the 877 number from one of the reports I had founf online and called back a Laquita answered and I asked to be connected to Ross again.
They had me in their system as still just "inquiring on my info" Ross apparently was on another call she asked if he could call me back. I told her I wanted nothing to do with this company and that I had been simultaneously looking them up on the internet and that I had better not see any charges on my cards or they would be hearing from my lawyer. I told her I had not verified or confirmed anything and she said that I hadn't confirmed anything and that I would not be charged. I hope I was not too late.
