i have been with clear for the last year.
each month clear just up the bill i owe by 10 to twenty dollars.
when i call clear about the over billing, clear tell me they will put it on my next month bill.
the April 2013 was supposed to be 65.68 cent, my charges from clear was 75.68
after i called and complaint about the over change i was told to wait until next month to receive it back on my next bill.
this is the 3rd time this has happen. the call center in the phillipines does not understand English.
it is very hard when trying to explain any thing to them.
