Popular pop-up website. Ordered 1.5 month ago child educational touch screen tablet. I contacted company trough web portal for shipment status 3 times, they were stating that it was shipped and again shipped. I ask for shipment tracking number trough the customer service website, and next day we received a package from China. It had inside cardboard with picture of the tablet! Just unbelievable! Next step I am calling my bank for backing up transaction.

Dear Valued Customer.

We are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the product that you purchased off our website.  We have a large volume of orders and a very low percentage of those have problems.  If an issue ever does arise, we do everything in our power to resolve them.  With that said, you clearly had a negative experience.  We want your business and we want to offer you some type of credit or adjustment for your frustrations.  Please reach out to us at [email protected], or contact us on our website http://www.clearance.co/contacts. Let us know the order number, and let us know the issue with the order.  Im not laughing at you, but you have to admit that it is a rather s****y thing for them to do but FUNNY!!!I had a similar incident with Ebay. Actually it was my father who had the incident I was the one paying for it. He bid on what he THOUGHT was a 10ft italian tapestry. Ended up at like $400.00. When it arrived, it was a POSTCARD of the tapestry. My father and his rather selective reading did not see that it was a postcard. Make sure if you have the site page saved that they did not list a pic as the selling product. If so you will have a difficult time recovering your funds. When we disputed this, they showed us WHERE it listed the item as a postcard.
