A flyer ad in my local newspaper advertised bras for $9.99, and gave a mail-order form, and a PO box address to send it to. It also gave a street address in Dorval, Quebec, and a web site. My suspicions were aroused when I find that on the web site, right on the home page, the same bra is $12.95! Then I see on Ripoff Report that "Patty L" in Washington State ordered one in 2010 and it apparently has still not arrived! I note that the site proclaims PayPal as an option - apparently no-one has yet complained to PayPal, because they are very strict about ripoffs, and they would bar the site. I think I'll stay away.
