First of all i would like to indicate how much of a joke this company is, their training, pay structure, etc. Once you walk into the company's office there is not even a sign that tells you the name of the business or anything. They actually share an office with another company. Stephen Kordella the gentleman you meet with quickly explains that there are 6 offices nationwide and they are on a rapid expansion to open 60 offices nationwide. If you go on the website they have only one office opened in Aventura, Florida.
You are a glorified cellphone sales rep walking into businesses and trying to convince people to switch their service over to t-mobile. They deceive customers by saying they are giving them some type of promotion or special discount which is complete bull. They do not even have a pay structure on paper to show you how they earn money. Unstructured, and condescending people work for this company thinking they are in it for a dream.
Dont waste your time meeting with this company or going on the second interview as they say you will not find any job better than this. If you decide to decline their offer for the company they sit there and try to tell you your basically an idiot for not taking their offer and try to persuade you won't find a better job out there.
