Clench Fitness Did not send my package Priority mail which I paid for. SENT ir First class. Now its list so Im out with no insurance. New Richmond Wisconsin

I ordered Handles from them Dec1st, 2020. Paid for Priority Insured mailing. They sent it First Class with no insurance. Now its 12/18/2020 and package is lost. Called USPS and of course no claim can be filed with no insurance.
The company website cart does not even have First class the first offer is Priority which I did choose at checkout. This business will not address I issue and is in denial. They have lied about this to this day. Buyers Beware.
