Clever Clasps Upgraded my order and overcharged me without my knowledge Ripoff Pacoima California
Internet offer was one for 14.99 two for an additional 9.99. They claimed I upgraded the order "by pressing the wrong number" on their automated ordering system. Charged me $65.00. Then they shipped the orders separately and charged $20 for shipping and handling. I did not upgrade the order. I did not press the wrong button! I am not stupid.
They said it happens all the time. I just bet it does!! The difference for them between a $24 order and a $65. They will not refund my S&H even when I return the merchandise. I spoke to a supervisor and he hung up on me. He was rude and extremely condesending. So I can't spell. I warn anyone to avoid this company. They sell lots of little junk items.
I believe they are also known as IDEAVILLAGE I urge extreme caution when dealing with them.
