I stumbled upon an ad for http://www.clickdvdhouse.com/ while browsing for DVDs on http://www.amazon.com/. The ad for ClickDVDHouse stated "Huge Christmas Sale on now get 60% off 7th Heaven - The complete TV Series on DVD, Regular price $249.99, Sale price $99.99".

I clicked on it and found the price was too good to be true so I placed my order without hesitation. I later realized that the website also stated that I would be receiving "all 11 seasons" of the 7th Heaven Series when only 9 seasons were released in stores. I started doubting, which lead me to read their Private Policy and Terms/Conditions.

No telephone number or address was provided on the website. The only contact information provided was through email. Therefore, 10 minutes after I placed the order, I sent an email asking to have my order canceled. I still didn't receive a reply regarding my cancellation request so I sent a second email asking how can it be that I would be receiving all 11 seasons when only 9 seasons have been released in stores. 24 hours later, I received a reply in regards to my second inquiry from a Tracy Wallace saying "Please kindly note that the TV series for sale on our website were never officially released on DVD, and what we have on sale is a Collectors'/Fan version of these series. Our DVD Gift Box sets do come with the original music from the broadcast of the show, and all the episodes from every season as well."

I never received a reply regarding my request to have my order canceled. I never received any notification of shipment and my Credit Card was charged. I've read other reviews for this website and I now know this was a scam.

A scam is something that should not be ignored. There is no such thing as a "little" scam. A scam is defined as a confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, esp. for making a quick profit; swindle.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

My dad ordered Perfect Strangers from the clickdvd, whatever they call themselves. After some research myself, and my dad, we discovered the website's IP seems to belong to like the Ukraine or something. The numbers I found were both Canadian, and the product definitely came from China.

Yes, I did receive my DVDS! I was pretty doubtful, but a beat-up box came a few days before X-mas with Chinese writing all over it. The quality was, of course, poor. But I was stoked simply because we actually received the product. So, yes, I'd be wary of ordering from this site because the quality is poor  (VHS stuff recorded off TV), and you may not get the product. I just wanted people to know that I actually received my DVDs.

ClickDVDHouse.com Scam

From reading other reviews online, I don't think anyone that ordered from that website received the product. Some just ended up paying the scam company but I did not let that happen to me!

They charged my credit card so I proceeded by finding out the company name and telephone number which appeared on my credit card statement. The information that came up is: What-a-Deal DVD, telephone number 1-6477229393. If they charged your credit card you should be able to get this information as well. Call your credit card company or check your credit card statements to make sure it's the same company that I listed above. It should be the same. Get in contact with them.

I called and a woman called "Alysha Stark" answered. I provided her with my name and order number. I explained her my situation and I managed to kindly reason with her, asking her for a refund. She said I would be issued out a refund in 5-7 business days. I also asked if they can send me an email confirming I was going to receive the refund. They sent me the email I requested and after 3 days, my credit card was refunded.

They have several websites... clickdvdhouse.com, clickdvdshows.com, tvdvdshows.com and many more. It is the same website layout, just different name. Oddly, they have gmail accounts and it is always "Tracy Wallace" emailing back and it's always "Alysha Stark" answering the phone. "Alysha Stark" told me that the reason why my order wasn't being canceled is because they get thousands of emails per day which enables them to open each and every email but oddly "Tracy Wallace" got back to all of my other inquiries except for the 10 emails I sent requesting cancellation!

I really hope this information will help you, let me know!

I am curious if you ever received your product or if you got your money back.  I had the same problem and feel like I have been scammed.  I asked "Tracy Wallace" the customer service rep for the tracking number and she emailed back the next day and said she would check on it, but would send out a replacement shipment at once.  I found this extremely odd.  Why would they be willing to ship out a replacement of an over $100 order?
