Clickincome.com BAIT AND SWITCH PROGRAM, HAVE TO DECIDE TONIGHT, FREEBES S/W OF LOW VALUE, WHEN YOU CALL FOR SUPPORT ALL YOU GET IS VOICE MAIL WHERE IS THE COMPANY? SALT LAKE CITY (Sandy) UTAH
Bait and switch experts. There for the starter program and switched to the big ticket item in the blink of a eye. Sounded great, do these eight steps and wait for the money to come in. I was skeptical, requested and got another day to think about it.
I should have checked them out on the internet, but didn't think about it. They are from Utah, looked honest, sounded sincere. They were only sincere about one thing...getting my money.
The training sessions went ok but I became concerned over some of the bugs in the s/w. Had to use work-arounds.
Very disapointed in Clickclub; the sales team made it sound great. Buy this lady's leather coat for $30.00 and sell it for $798.00. Not available on Clickclub when I looked. Tried other products, selected a couple and they were not available. A month later I tried clickclub again, the verys ame, not available, products were still listed on the site. That is no way to manage inventory. Today tried to call the person responsible and got their voice mail.
Today I tried 7 different phone numbers, same results, same message...leave a message.
Learned yesterday the technical support person I had spoken with over the last four weeks had left the Company and moved to New Zealand. Perhaps, knowing what he knew, it was more of a bail-out than just a simple move.
Are we all screwed? How do we get our money back. They promised to deliver and did nothing of the kind. They broke the contract.
