This report is regarding the experinece I had with Clicksmart. I would have to say that clicksmart is a good advertising company to advertise with but it wasn't for me. It's a 1 yr contract for $95 to advertise your company/contractor on their site for consumer traffic.

For 8 months during my contract i have paid with positive status and the customer service has always updated my new information to increase client profit and volume. But until the 8 month came still no profits or clients.

I decided to contact them to see if i can cancel with them early since i was being an understanding and paying client. Jason, who is a customer service rep explained to me very RUDELY about his history in advertising, the contract agreement, and his little spiel of how advertising works. When i tried to talk he would cut me off, i told him that i was going to post a blog about the Clicksmart service I received and he felt threatened. I asked to speak to his manager and he said that he isn't taking any calls. So I just paid off my account balance to end the contract. I asked to get his Managers ext. and he said that he was the manager!! I can tell he was scared by the shortness of his breath. He wouldn't even transfer me to the operator and then hung up on me. Called a couple minutes later to be transferred to the operator and it WAS HIM! I then actually got my sister to call to get his managers number so he wont recognize my voice but he said that his manager was still unavailable and he would assist her.

I eventually got a hold of the director of client services from an older email and left a voicemail.

The whole thing about this is that I tried to end the contract early because I was spending $95 a month and not profiting. I thought i could end it since i was a good client and tried it out. Hoping they would understand and give me a break. But Jason didn't so i wanted to speak to a manager. I understood that its a contract but its his BAD customer service that made this whole experience with clicksmart unpleasant. I paid off my account balance of $285 so paying isnt even the issue now. Hopefully the director will contact me back so Jason will NOW know what customer service should be.

Still waiting for him to contact me back. I hope they arent giveing me the run around. Will keep you posted.
