Client Referral Source Matthew Taylor Client Referral Source Scam, Ripoff Boca Raton, Florida
Company's representative Matthew Taylor contacted me on 11/21/2012 with offer to buy a list of people who within last week responded to a mailer with interest in a specific financial product. The leads are suppose to be fresh and very high quality. They insisted on receiving payment via wire transfer and stated they were in business for over 2 years. Not seeing negative BBB ratings I agreed. The leads turned out of bad quality. People we were able to reach didn't fill out any request for information nor have heard about any survey. they didn't send anything out and were quite mad for us calling them. Res of phone numbers were incorrect. I was able to reach Mathew Taylor once and he promised that someone will call me about refund or replacement for the leads. My further attempts to contact Matthew Taylor or anyone else at the company via phone or e-mail were left unanswered.
