lied that he is a hedge fund manager with long bay capital management. He has an investor by the danices who is in CA. He will lied to you that he can help you raise funds from investors, He will lied about preparing a private placement memo, letter of intent to purchase a business, he can help you get an investor listing. All this services is false. He will sign a contract with you. After he signs the contract with you that when he start taking your money, He will also be ask for more money

My name is Deen B, and on January 20th I posted the preceding posting about Clifton Boyd, over reacting to a huge misunderstanding. Mr. Boyd and I were involved in a business transaction that was out of the norm for me so my misunderstandings of the process lead to this posting. The transaction was not something that I understood and I hired him to assist me but my inexperience with the transaction I was pursuing caused me to have doubt. I can not express enough that Mr. Boyd's business knowledge, and experience are exceptional, and I have the utmost respect for him and would recommend anyone looking to arrange financing, facilitate an acquisition, or restructure corporate, he's the guy to do it.
