This company is horrible. Their heat pumps are loud, badly made, and to boot their supposed "trained" installers are nothing more than a motley crew of distributors who take zero responsibity for anything that is legall supposed to be under Warranty, or anything that is installed wrong.
Their products and their servicing: WATCH OUT.
They will only send the Consumer "Back" to the bad Distributor who will continue to "kick the can" down the road, lie to you, cajole you, and then just ignore your Consumer complaints as they placate you and send you on a never-ending circle of going nowhere.
Products are cheaply, badly made with many technical issues. However, they don not bother to stand behind any Warranty, and will continue to have a corporate posturing with an already battered homeowner.
Do NOT work with any Installer who brags about using this horribly made product! They themselves do not know what they are doing.
There are better products on the market. Get an excellent installer who uses better made and technically superior products.
It is your home and it is your valuable money and TIME.
